Job Summary:

DISH's Sales Account Executive role has a compensation package that includes a base pay of $17.75/hour plus uncapped commission, no cold calling, and extensive career development tools and resources.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Optimize your sales potential and offer the best in satellite and mobile services through our inbound call selling approach.
• Assess the unique requirements of every customer and provide tailored solutions to deliver unrivaled value.
• Embodying resilience in overcoming setbacks and remaining resolute in achieving sales goals.
• To be a successful sales professional, one must master time management while remaining adaptable and receptive to learning new approaches.
• Strengthen customer coections through excellent service and ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Accurately capture customer information to facilitate later access and follow-up.
• Deliver exceptional service by attentively listening to customer concerns and providing timely solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Skilled in communication across various chaels including verbal, written, and social interactions.
• Prospective candidates must have completed their high school education; however, preference is given to candidates who have pursued higher education, mainly college education.
• In order to be selected for the job, prospective employees must pass a series of pre-employment assessments, which could involve drug testing.
• Working at DISH's Direct Sales facilities requires full-time and on-site availability without exception.
• Working on weekends and holidays is among the requirements for this job, and the applicant has open availability to comply.
• To be eligible, having a smartphone or other device with a working network coection is a must.
