Job Summary:

DISH is calling on you to join its accomplished Inside Sales & Retention team as a Retention Account Executive. Your contribution to the team includes influencing customer decisions on DISH's products and services, thus forming an integral part of the decision-making process. Moreover, DISH provides excellent opportunities for growth with uncapped commissions, eliminating cold-calling while providing all the training and needed tools. You are also guaranteed a base pay of $17.75/hour, with aual target sales of $64,000 and top performers exceeding six figures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote the extensive range of DISH and Boost products and services to customers using a customer-focused sales approach during inbound calls.
• Determine the particular requirements of every client and recommend tailor-made solutions that offer the most value.
• My resiliency is demonstrated through my ability to overcome obstacles and remain laser-focused on achieving my sales objectives.
• Effective salesmanship involves adeptly managing time, embracing novel approaches, and striving to advance your position within the company.
• The cornerstone of customer satisfaction is building and nurturing relationships with customers while providing excellent service.
• Precisely document customer data to enable hassle-free retrieval and follow-up.
• Improve the quality of customer service by recording and addressing every issue raised by the customer.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Exceptional talent in communicating effectively with different audiences, through verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• This position demands candidates to hold a high school diploma and gives a preference to those with a college degree.
• A drug test is an integral part of pre-employment screenings that all job seekers must go through.
• One of the main conditions for employment is the capacity to work at one of DISH's Direct Sales centers on a full-time basis.
• Readiness to work with no restrictions as per the designated schedules, including weekends and holidays.
