Job Summary:

DISH is looking for individuals to join their esteemed Inside Sales & Retention team as Retention Account Executives. This role will enable you to influence customer decision-making processes, particularly regarding the value of DISH's products and services. The job allows for tremendous growth potential, with uncapped commission earning potential, a no cold-call environment, and the provision of high-quality resources and training. In addition, you are guaranteed a base pay of $17.75/hour, with an estimated yearly income of $64,000, and many top-performers earning six figures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help customers make informed choices by providing clear and concise explanations of the DISH and Boost offerings during inbound calls.
• Assess the unique demands of every patron and suggest tailored options that provide the optimal outcome.
• With unwavering determination, I exhibit resilience by surmounting obstacles while keeping my sales goals in sight.
• Effective salesmanship involves adeptly managing time, embracing novel approaches, and striving to advance your position within the company.
• Providing superior service and ensuring customer happiness requires creating and sustaining authentic and meaningful relationships with clients.
• Accurately record customer information to allow for efficient retrieval and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being all ears to customer grievances and taking immediate actions to fix them.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in interpersonal communication, written expression, and verbal articulation.
• Candidates are required to have a high school diploma, but those with a college degree are given priority.
• Fulfilling essential pre-employment requirements, like a drug test, is indispensable for all candidates.
• One of the main conditions for employment is the capacity to work at one of DISH's Direct Sales centers on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to work according to the assigned schedules without limitations, including holidays and weekends.
• One of the key prerequisites is to own a smartphone or any device that is able to access an active network.
