The position is about helping customers make choices based on the value of DISH’s products and services proposition while molding their decisions effectively. Additionally, there is a starting salary of $17.75/hourly along with an estimated $64K aually worth of commissions – six figures being made by top performers every year.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build a loyal customer base for DISH and Boost by professionally handling each inbound call while promoting their products/services efficiently.
• Assess individual needs of specific clients then suggest tailored solutions which provide excellent value.
• I can demonstrate resilience through sticking it out during tough times until I reach my sales targets.
• To become the best salesperson that you can be, time management skills are crucial; so too is being open-minded about new ways of selling things and always looking for chances to improve yourself.
• The key ingredient in keeping someone satisfied who buys what we sell from us again (customer) is building relationships with them whilst giving great service at all times.
• Keep detailed records about customers well enough for easy reference later on or follow up purposes if needed.
• Provide exceptional levels of customer care by listening actively whenever people lodge complaints against us then resolving those issues promptly afterwards without fail whatsoever.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in communication via different chaels i.e., speaking, writing & interpersonal skills etc., is highly desired for anyone applying here.
• A high school diploma is mandatory however individuals having gone through college would have an added advantage over others when it comes to this job position description requirement .
• Passing necessary pre-employment screenings such as drug tests plus alcohol checks should be done by all applicants with the hope of being considered eligible workers at our organization.
• This role requires working full time onsite at any of DISH Direct Sales offices nationwide.
• Ability to work without restrictions according to assigned schedules which may involve working on weekends and public holidays too is a must have attribute for anyone interested in this position.
• Having a functional smartphone or similar device capable of coecting to an active network is mandatory .
